Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas everybody!! Yesterday we had fun visiting with the Sinclairs in Brookeville, MD.
Grandma and Pop-pop got me some cool toys, including this "CLOCK" (my absolute favorite thing to point out to everyone) and this awesome car that makes lots of crazy noises.
I was glad I got to spend time with Aunts Lindsey & Sarah... I miss them so much!
And as always, thanks to Grandma & Pop-pop for all the loving and kisses!
We made it home in time for Santa to make his visit to Overland Park. This morning Santa brought me an EXTRA special present. I love "Choo-Choos" and under the tree was a pretty amazing remote controled train set.
This afternoon Grandma & Grandpa Phillips are coming over for Christmas... I'll post more photos tomorrow with my adventures with them! :-)

Peek-a-Benny!
One of my newest 'tricks' is playing Peek-a-Boo with Mommy and Daddy. They really can't figure out where I am!

He takes after me....
When Mommy was 30 weeks pregnant with me she was admitted to the hospital for pre-term labor. Thankfully I was smart enough to stay put and we were released after one night of monitoring.
Is history repeating itself? Last Thursday at Mommy's ultrasound the radiologist discovered cervical funneling and we were rushed to L&D. Everything turned out to be okay, although Mommy is on modified bed rest for a few weeks and has to limit picking me up when possible. At least she got a lunch out of the deal....

Ben the Caretaker
I've been preparing for my brother in more ways then one. I often pull up on Mommy's shirt to see the 'Baby' in her tummy (then quickly retract and run away saying 'no no no'). In addition to rubbing [more like slapping] Mommy's tummy, I've been looking after this baby doll here.
And I'm just going to move you to a more comfortable position here...
As you can tell I'm a natural...
That is until the Doodlebops are on TV and my attention is focused.... well, elsewhere. And I'm just going to move you to a more comfortable position here...

Ooooooh!!! What tree?
Last night while I was fast asleep Mommy set up the Christmas tree. What a wonderful treat to get to see it this morning! While I was impressed, I pretended not to be interested at the same time. I've got other things to keep my attention, are you kidding me?

This Butterball ain't no turkey!
We were doubly lucky to get to enjoy two Thanksgiving dinners this year. The Phillips Family joined us on Friday to enjoy another feast.
Uncle Jon gave me some roughhousing and Grandma gave me a bath. Grandpa would have given me Neccos and Pop-Tarts if he could have but had to refrain.
I think all the food Mommy consumed over the weekend caught up with her. All the naysayers who said Mommy wasn't showing can eat their words now!!

Look Ma, No Hands!
So I may look like Frankenstein, but it's official. I'm walking now!!
Btw, don't ask why I carry the case to the thermometer around with me. I call it my "Tis" and seek it out at any opportunity I get.

Happy Thanksgiving!!
Happy Thanksgiving!! Daddy is starting to feel like his old self (yay!) as you can see from this picture. Me, on the other hand.... I look like I had just a seen a clip from movie Poltergeist (I just woke up from a nap).
Thanks to Aunt Sarah and Grandma & Pop-Pop Sinclair for coming out today and for bringing all the delicious food. (A special thank you to Grandma for my own special sweet potato, rice, applesauce, and chicken broth that were dairy free!)
There is so much we are all thankful for this year. I hope you and your families had a wonderful Thanksgiving as well!!

Get Well Daddy!
Daddy's flu took a turn for the worst and turned in to pneumonia over the week. We have had to keep our distance, and me and mommy miss him a lot.
Yesterday, to escape the germs, Mommy and I went to The Enchanted Forest in Reston. I got to see a model train (which I loved), Christmas Carolers, Christmas trees, gingerbread houses, and lots more.
Unfortunately Mommy deleted all the pictures by accident so there is no living proof that we actually went.... So instead I've included photos of a recent trip to see Mr. Knick Knack at the mall for your enjoyment.

I Miss Da-Da!
One of my favorite parts of the evening is welcoming "Da-Da" home from work when I hear the garage door open. This past week he has been laid up in bed with the flu all day/night. So not only have I missed out on greeting him at the door, I have also missed out on play time as well. Get well soon Daddy, I miss you!!
