It wouldn't be a Sinclair....

It wouldn't be a Sinclair if he/she weren't already wrecking havoc in the womb! Pre-term labor with Ben, Cervical Funneling with AJ, and an Incompetent Cervix with #3?!

After a crazy Tuesday of driving all over Northern Virginia it was determined I needed a ceclage put in, and yesterday I headed to Fair Oaks for just that. Let's pray baby stays put for a while and Momma can get around enough to do her daytime job!!

Good news is I was admitted long enough to get my free meal. One thing I am certainly looking forward to when I return next Spring. FOOD PREPARED FOR ME!!!

Field Trip Fun!

Seth had the opportunity to take Ben to his first class field trip yesterday. They went to Great Country Farms in Bluemont, VA. An early rain didn't ruin their day, it looks like they had lots of fun!! Here are some photos Daddy captured (meanwhile, Mom was off taking her own photographs of some amazing cupcakes! More on that later....)

Twinkle Twinkle, Twinkle Twinkle

This morning AJ surprised Seth and I by singing the complete song of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. I can only imagine he learned this from Preschool on Noggin' but either way, we were stoked! I went to grab my HDFlip, only to have him stall several times. This was the best rendition I could capture...

Congratulations Henry!

Last Sunday we were able to join in the celebration of our Godson's baptism. We are so honored and happy to be chosen as Henry's Godparents and hope to provide him with lots of love over his lifetime. We then celebrated with the Misiks and the Todd's with a delicious brunch at Clydes afterwards. I was especially happy to have finished off Jude's French toast (after devouring my own Chicken Sandwich #1). Thanks buddy ;-)

Henry was a little angel - he slept through the entire ceremony. And with 6 babies being baptized we gave him the award of MVB.

Congratulations Henry!

Tool Time!

This morning I put together a book shelf for the boys in their play room. We need MORE storage for the abundance of toys they have!! Being that I knew they'd be all up in my biz anyway, I decided I would let them 'help'. They were eager to break out Ben's birthday present Tool Kit and put it to work. Here are a few photos from our adventure.

First things first... Tool safety doesn't seem to be a word in our repertoire!

Safety Step 1: Wear safety goggles at all times

Safety Step 2: Never point the tool at yourself

Safety Step 3: Always look at where your are pointing your tool

Regardless we got the job done and the boys were thrilled to help. Here is the finished product!!

Thanks again Larlyn & McKinley for an adorable gift!

Um, those trains? The're MINE!

Um, yeah. We have a sharing issue in this house. The items usually in contention are trains. And it's not like we have only 1 set... Any time AJ picks a toy Ben will usually seek him out and make a very unfair trade like offering a cardboard box in place of a shinny new engine. AJ falls for it every time, so can you blame him for trying?

In any event, AJ awoke from his nap early and got some one-on-one time with the trains. Here he is contemplating his next move, or more likely, what his next snack should be.

Ben awoke not too much later... his reaction? Yeah... We could have told you that one was coming...
